As a girl raised in Montgomery, Alabama, I wasn't exposed to alternative healing, spirituality or open thinking.  However, there had always been a part of me that was deeply interested in the mysterious, the study of ancient civilizations, nature and philosophy.  

Due to child and adolescent trauma I found myself in and out of drug rehabilitation centers at 15 and again at 18.  When I was in school for massage therapy I found myself in an abusive relationship, and my best friend had been murdered.  This tragedy triggered such rage and sadness that a few weeks after, I was in the hospital with gallstones.  It was by no mistake we were studying Reiki in school and the class layed hands on me for my healing.  When I returned for pre-op the stones were gone and I was convinced there was something to the esoteric healing practices involving intention and energy.

I began to radically detox my life and began healthy reform.  Over several years I began to align my life with natural healing by cleaning up my diet, exercising, yoga and study of Eastern Medicine.  

In 2008 I moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico.  This exponentially expanded my self awareness and catalyzed an insatiable appetite for the mystic and healing arts.  I thrived in leadership roles in social group and in professional environment, building an esteemed reputation as spa director of a prestigious Spa, one of the top in the country at the time.  

At this point in my early adulthood, in my prime, I was living life well.  I had given up drugs but alcohol abuse began to compromise my life. Due to an unfortunate altercation involving alcohol, I nearly was hospitalized.  This trauma sent me branded me with shame and sent me escaping into an unhealthy relationship.  This relationship drew me home to Alabama, where my partner at the time was living.  We married and had a daughter together.  In the first 6 months of her life I began a whirlwind of self-inquiry and investigation that sent me spiraling into a dark night of the soul, discovering my co-dependency with drugs and alcohol originated from a deep co-dependency wound that also manifested in relationships.  I withdrew from the toxic marriage and embarked upon the journey of single parenting and starting my healing arts business.

My life and my light has exponentially grown over this last decade, devoted to liberation and a legacy of helping others find themself through healing, I am a radically different being.  I have had so many wonderful teachers and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today and none of it would've been possible without all the heartbreak and adversity.  These challenges matured me in ways that now help me lead others through the valley of death, into the gateway to eternity.

I know how it feels to be at the lowest point and equally at mountain peak.  I have navigated the rough oceans and the calm seas.  All these experiences have brough me closer with God and allow this cosmic Love and Wisdom to work through me.  It's my extraordinary pleasure to serve others through the grace that has touched me.
